Description

In Burgundy, in the Chablis region, the Château de Viviers with its guest rooms is the former historical home of the musketeer Deya de La Salle. The estate is revealed in a graphic setting of greenery and serenity where authenticity and the art of living are combined.

Arnould and Isabelle, Franco-Belgian, in search of excellence, will be happy to welcome you in a refined setting, full of charm and family, from April to November, for a weekend or a short stay.
Recently, Arnould has taken over this organic and biodynamic vineyard, he will share his passion for Chablis where biodiversity rhymes with respect for fauna and flora.
Isabelle will introduce you to her creations of tableware, fire art, textiles, decoration ...

For breakfast only fresh products: honey from the property, jams made with fruit from the orchard, eggs from their chickens and organic bread from Louis will be served.

Chairs in the garden, in the shade and quiet of the lime trees or near the ru are at your disposal.
Many villages and curiosities are to be discovered in the vicinity: Noyers-sur-Serein, Vézelay, Auxerre, Château de Tanlay, Ancy-le-Franc ...

Do not hesitate to ask them for advice, they will recommend good little restaurants and their secret corners...
