Clotilde DAVENNE, an enologist and passionate winemaker, has been producing local wines in Chablis since 1989, as well as Sauvignons de Saint-Bris, Irancy, Côtes d 'Auxerre and Crémants de Bourgogne. It is now possible to stay at the Domaine, as a couple at Studio Chantemerle, with family or friends at Gîte des Temps Perdus, with its two separate bedrooms.

Since 2017, the estate has had nearly 23 hectares of small plots of vines, grape varieties and different ages, spread over the municipalities of Saint Bris, Chablis and Irancy.
