Description

The stone of this quarry, which has been exploited for hundreds of years, was used for the construction of the Opera, Paris City Hall, the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts, the cathedrals of Auxerre and Sens and many public buildings. The extraction of the stone blocks gave way to impressive caves bearing the traces of lances and needles, the only tools used by quarries for centuries. You can visit the place through a fun and digital journey, on the Legendr app to solve this puzzle.
