L'Obédiencerie de Chablis

Former monastery whose first foundations of the 9th century saw the birth of the first wines of Chablis, the Obédiencerie, registered in the inventory of Historical Monuments, houses the cellars of the first and grand wines of Chablis of Domaine Laroche. By appointment, it is possible to visit these historic cellars in which rests a magnificent slaughter press dating from the 13th century and then discover the range of wines from Domaine Laroche.
