Le p'tit chèvre de Bernouil

The little goat of Bernouil is a farm located north of the Yonne created in January 2017 individually. Resulting from Carole's professional retraining. In its early days, the farm had 30 chevrettes. All milk production is processed on the farm into a range of raw milk cheeses ranging from fresh to dry, ripened and semi-dry. We also produce goat's tomme and yogurt.
