Around the Pressoir it is a place to eat but also a shop!
In the latter are gathered the wines and the productions coming directly from the local producers chosen for their know-how, their quality and their proximity.

Shop:
Fresh and quality products from serious suppliers. As much as possible, seasonal and garden vegetables, squeezed apple juice, chicken eggs that run on the farm as well as dairy products.... Products whose origin I guarantee very close, a very short circuit in order to make a chosen restaurant.

Terroir restoration:
We are committed to serving you simple and healthy dishes... A meal of the day made with the products of local producers and farmers, a homemade dessert, complemented by the menu, with other possibilities, wines, mainly Tonnerrois winegrowers with some discoveries in the vineyards of the Yonne. Old-fashioned tea, coffee and hot chocolate, along with some treats, will make the break at any time of the day.

We welcome you in a beautiful Burgundy room and its fireplace, on sunny terraces or in our shady garden.
