Château de Viviers

The Château de Viviers is based in the Chablis region.
In search of excellence for 800 years, this Burgundy estate was created in the 12th century by Cistercian monks. Its growing reputation, it was bought in 1399 by the Echanson royal Jean Budé.
This is how the wine of the Château de Viviers is served, especially at the wedding of Louis XIV. The current castle was built in 1628 by a musketeer very close to the Queen.
The estate was reborn in 1978 after a 75-year hiatus related to Phylloxera and the 14-18 war. The story continues in 2019 with Arnould and Isabelle Lefébure, Franco-Belgians, who take over the Castle and lead it entirely in Bio and Biodynamics with 3 pillars: Quest for excellence, Biodiversity and History.
