Dauvissat Agnès et Didier

Family estate created in 1987 by Agnès and Didier after acquiring and planting their first plot . The vineyard has expanded to reach today 13 ha of vines spread over 5 appellations; Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis 1er cru Beauroy , Bourgogne Rouge and Crémant de Bourgogne. We work our vines and soils with respect for the environment and we have been HVE certified since 2018. We produce typical wines in winemaking and maturing for 6 to 12 months in stainless steel vats.
