Domaine des Trois V

Born into a family of winemakers, Marjorie MOLUSSON took over the family farm on 20 Ha in the town of Chichée (89) in 2013. In 2020, bottle marketing begins for part of the harvest. With 5 vintages in: Chablis, Chablis old vines, Chablis Premier Cru Vaucoupin , Chablis Premier Cru Vaugiraut (vinified in amphora at 50%) and Chablis Premier Cru Vosgros (vinified at 50% in oak barrels). The farm is certified HVE3, the winemaking is labelled Vegan.
