Fourrey

Domaine Fourrey is a 25-hectare family farm located in the heart of the Chablis vineyards. We produce the following wines: Petit-Chablis, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru: Côte de Lechet, Vaillons, Mont de milieu, Fourchaume; Chablis Grand Cru Valmur and a Burgundy Pinot Noir. The wines are aged in stainless steel vats to bring out the typicality of each terroir. The wines are regularly awarded at international reviews. We have been certified HVE level 3 since the 2017 vintage and in organic conversion since 2023.
