This family estate, located in the heart of the village of Chablis, operates an area of 7ha, and welcomes you in its vaulted cellars.
Established since 1978, Thierry Laffay passed his farm to his two daughters, Mélanie and Maïlys, in 2024.
As Independent Winegrowers, all work, from the vineyard to marketing, is carried out in accordance with traditions.
The estate's wines retain all the typicality of the terroir and the vintage.
